When will my order arrive? 

Your order will ship 1-2 weeks after the order is placed (for all plushie orders only) as they are made to order and need this time for production. Once shipped, the packages are in the hands of the mail system. Estimated delivery times for Domestic are anywhere from 1-8 business days. International orders can take 1-8 weeks.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yummi Cats provides free gift wrapping services with every order. Your plushies are always packed in a branded to-go ice cream cup with a lid, with a color-changing, reusable ice cream spoon tied into the satin pink ribbon bow.

Beneath the cup in it's own protective sleeve are the added goodies: collectible character cards (in protective penny sleeves) and 2 vinyl stickers. Each box is wrapped in yellow tissue with a personal note to round off the gifting experience.

Can I give a Yummi Cat to my baby? 

Due to safety eyes in all plushies, avoid giving Yummi Cats to kids under 3 years of age.

Is this specific item in stock?

All Yummi Cats plushies are made to order. Due to the nature of our business, we can only make your plushies when we receive your order. Please allow up to two weeks for your plushie to be crocheted.

Are your stickers water resistant?

Yes, they most certainly are! Each vinyl sticker has a protective holographic overlay allowing it to withstand water. The perfect addition to your tumblers!

What payment methods do you accept?

At Yummi Cats we accept major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We use Paypal to process your payments, but you don't have to have a Paypal account to make your payment!

How do I track my orders?

Sign in to your registered account and you will see a Order History page. This will show you detailed information about your order.
